How to reserve your spot!
​
1. Check the SURF CAMP DATES page and select the week you want to travel. You will need 1 day of travel prior to your vacation with us. For a 7 day retreat, please allow for 8 days of vacation time. Please make sure your schedule with allow for this.
2. Send us an email or call us directly at 310-614-0159 to check availability. If sending us an email, use the CONTACT page to send us your request and let us know the dates you are interested in and the number traveling in your party. Or you can send us an email directly to chicasurfadventures@gmail.com​
3. We will send you a payment link directly to your email address so you can pay for your trip.
4. Once we receive payment in full, your spot will be confirmed.
5. Once your vacation is confirmed, we will help you organize your travel and airfare.
​6. Your job now is to get excited and tell all of your friends! Get ready to have the trip of a lifetime!​

Terms and Conditions:​
ALL GUESTS will be required to electronically sign a liability release form before arriving on your surf vacation with us.

Booking Information: Please confirm surf camp availability before purchasing your flights. Surf camp prices do NOT include airfare and transportation.

Travel Documentation: You must have a valid passport to travel to Costa Rica and Panama. Your passport must have at least 6 months remaining before its expiration date to be valid. No VISA is required to enter Costa Rica or Panama.

Rescheduling: Trip may be rescheduled 60+ days in advance for an additional $150 change fee. Trips must be rescheduled within one year of the original purchase date or be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: We want to provide you with the best customer service, and we understand unavoidable situations occur, resulting in the cancellation of your trip. There is NO refund or partial refunds for any trips purchased through daily deal sites or purchased at a discount. These trips may be rescheduled or must be forfeited. There is also NO refund for arriving late or leaving early. If you need to cancel your reservation 180 days prior to your surf camp date, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. If 90-179 days prior: you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. 60-89 days prior: you ill be changed a 50% cancellation fee. All refunds or partial refund do not include merchant processing fees. Cancellations not available for trips booked online through outside companies.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy: Including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection insurance through your travel agent or online for both travel related issues and for travel emergency medical care.
